No. Our architecture is designed to deploy quickly through a non-invasive method. The implementation doesn't interfere with your equipment's operation and doesn't require changing the code of your PLCs or existing supervisory systems — reducing risk and speeding up rollout, even on older machinery.
Practically any machine with a repetitive production cycle: injection, extrusion, stamping, filling, assembly, machining and more. The platform is highly flexible and lets you configure counting variables suited to your process, using different units of measure.
GLAUXIO uses an intelligent continuous-detection algorithm that automatically captures the operating pace on the floor. By processing workflows in real time, the system mathematically identifies the exact start and end of each event or stop, with no human intervention. Floor staff only indicate which product ran; the system already has the when.
Not at all. What floor staff record (like specific reasons for deviations or scrap) complements and enriches the information, but the accuracy and base counts never depend on manual entry.
